No First Nations Casinos Yukon Tribal Chief Proposes Casino Whitehorse Star - 8 September 2006 YUKON – "A casino in Whitehorse and a collective first nations gambling commission is needed in the territory. James Allen, chief of the Champagne and Aishihik First Nations (CAFN), said in a recent interview he would like to sit down with the government to discuss a first nations-run casino in the territory but has found the government less than receptive.
