New Casino Arizona Resort Begins Construction Along Loop 101

Casino Arizona announced today it has started construction on a new casino hotel and spa along Loop 101. It is located on sixty acres northeast of their Indian Bend casino, which is operates in two tent structures. The tents will be removed and replaced by a parking lot when the new casino opens.

The project includes:

  • 240,000 square-foot casino
  • 15-story four-star-plus hotel with 497 guestrooms
  • 100,000 square-foot conference center
  • Spa
  • Restaurants

The casino will be twice the size of the Casino Arizona at Loop 101 and McKellips Road. The total size of the casino, hotel, and conference center will be 865,000 square feet.

The casino resort will open in 2010.
