Lone Butte Casino adds high-limit bets |

October 07, 2008 CHANDLER, AZ - The Gila River Indian Community announced its new Lone Butte Casino will offer high-limit gaming when it opens November 20th south of Chandler. The $60 million, 120,000-square-foot casino replaces a smaller casino with the same name. It includes five restaurants, a concert stage, and a covered patio with fountains. There is also a $500,000 smoke-clearance system. President and CEO Harold Baugus said "It's going to be more of a neighborhood gathering place. It will have a very comfortable atmosphere." The casino will open with 850 slot machines and 24 table games. The number slots featuring high limits and the maximum bets were not announced. Return to Arizona Casinos. |
