Power and Associates released its 2009 Indian Gaming Casino Satisfaction Study Wednesday ranking all Arizona Indian casinos in the southern region which have a minimum of 400 slot machines. The survey collected 1,287 responses from casino players who have visited at least one Indian casino between last December and last month. It measured overall customer satisfaction based on performance in five key areas and in this order of importance:
