INDIO, CA - Casino Player Magazine has awarded 29 total "Best Of" awards to Fantasy Springs Resort Casino. This included 7 first place, 16 second place, and 6 third place awards.

FIRST PLACE AWARDS
The 7 First Place awards were presented for "Best Suites", "Best Pool", "Best Video Slots", "Best Blackjack", "Best Poker Room" and "Best Live Poker". The Bistro won the First Place award in the "Best Gourmet" category.

SECOND PLACE AWARDS
The 16 Second Place awards were presented for "Best Overall Hotel/Casino", "Best Golf", "Best Hosts", "Best Dealers", "Best Cash Back Program", "Best Promotions", "Best Comps", "Best Entertainment", "Best Steakhouse" (Players Steakhouse), "Best Coffee Shop" (POM) and "Best Bar" (Velvet Palm Nightclub).

THIRD PLACE AWARDS
The Third Place awards included "Best Rooms", "Best Service", "Best Valet Parking", "Best Casino", "Best Players Club" and "Best Buffet" (Fresh Grill Buffet).

No other casinos in the Palm Springs area were recognized by Casino Player Magazine.
