Red Hawk Casino is celebrating the Valentine’s holiday in their award-winning
restaurants with delicious special menus. Treat that special someone to romantic
dining at Henry’s Steakhouse, Koto Grille, Pearl Asian Cuisine or the Waterfall
Henry’s Steakhouse is offering a special Valentine’s brunch on Sunday, Feb. 12 from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for just $32.50 per person. Delicious highlights include smoked trout and cucumber salad, cracked Dungeness crab with a mustard cognac sauce, freshly shucked oysters, the popular omelet station, garlic- studded, and herb crusted sirloin of beef with a marrow red wine demi glaze, along with chocolate dipped strawberries and Gloria Ferrer sparkling wine and mimosas.
Henry’s is also featuring an exclusive Valentine’s Day prix fixe dinner on Tuesday, Feb. 14 for $75 per person. Guests will be treated to a starter of seared scallops and foie gras with chive oil and dried cherry gastrique, along with a roasted beet salad with mâche, goat cheese and pistachios served with blood orange vinaigrette. The main course features an herb-crusted tenderloin and lobster caviar timbale with syrah demi and lemon foam. The delectable meal is rounded out by the dark chocolate terrine with raspberry mousse. Henry’s full award-winning menu is also available.
Pearl Asian Cuisine features a special four-course Sweetheart Menu on Tuesday, Feb. 14 for $40.88 per person. The menu includes a choice of roasted duck egg roll with shredded BBQ duck, black mushrooms and vegetables or fresh fried California Smelts served tempura style with Tamarind dipping sauce as the starter and a seafood tofu soup. The main course is a choice of salt and pepper beef short ribs or the fresh whole steamed sea bass with a light soy sauce, fresh ginger and scallions both served with steamed rice. For dessert guests will be treated to a chocolate decadence cake. Pearl’s regular menu is also available.
Koto Grille is offering a three-course prix fixe menu on Tuesday, Feb. 14 for $19.99 per person. The special Valentine’s menu includes a salad of grilled romaine wedge with Caesar dressing, hand-grated parmesan, garlic herb croutons and roasted poblano peppers. The main course is a mouth-watering red chili crusted filet mignon and grilled shrimp with an ancho chili mushroom sauce. Guests will then have their sweet cravings satisfied with the mocha crème caramel for dessert. Koto Grille’s full menu is also available.
The Waterfall Buffet is also highlighting some special buffet options on Tuesday, Feb. 14 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. for $15.99 per guest. Items include a salt-crusted and slow roasted prime rib of beef, flame broiled steaks, oysters on the half shell, shrimp cocktail, seafood salad, coconut shrimp, bone-in ham with cherry glaze, Asian specialties and delectable assorted desserts and pastries.
