Apopka Chamber President Steps Down to Join Anti Casino Group

At the end of this month Paul Seago, the President of the Apopka-Area Chamber of
Commerce, will resign. He will be joining the No Casinos organization. A group
that wants to stop Florida from expanding casino gaming.
In 2008 Seago joined the chamber. He proceeded Andy Gardiner who left to take a
new position at Orlando Health.
The business community for Apopka was represented by Seago as the chamber
president. He promoted northwest Orange County companies as he sat on the board
of the Metro Orlando Economic Development Commission.
A replacement is currently being searched for by the chamber.
