Indiana Live! Casino prepares for openingSHELBYVILLE, IN - VIPs and media have been invited to a sneak preview event to introduce the Indiana Live! Casino prior to its opening in late spring 2008. The event is scheduled for March 14th at the Indiana Downs Race Track Clubhouse. Indiana Live! Casino will be located next to the Indiana Downs Race Track off I-74 about 20 minutes southeast of Indianapolis. It will be initially operate in a temporary pavilion until the permanent casino is finished in January 2009. When finished the permanent facility will be a 233,000-square-foot complex, operating 24 hours daily, and featuring 2000 of the newest slot machines and electronic version of table games. Restaurants will include the NASCAR Sports Grille™ which will also feature live entertainment. Maker's Mark Steakhouse™ will serve steaks and fresh seafood. Live! Market will be food venue with fresh market atmosphere. Nightlife will center on Angel's Rock Bar featuring appearances by renowned DJs.
