Four Wyandotte County Casino Proposals AdvanceKANSAS CITY, KS - Wyandotte County's Unified Board of Commissioners on Monday approved the planning and zoning applications from four development teams competing to become the manager of a state-owned casino. Two proposals were rejected. APPROVED Pinnacle Entertainment KS&F Development Kansas Speedway Legends Sun REJECTED Sands Kansas Pinnacle Entertainment - Interstate 435 and Donahoo Road proposal UG Mayor/CEO Joe Reardo said "Now, the UG will decide how many of the four remaining proposals they will endorse, sending endorsed proposals along to the Kansas Lottery Commission for final approval.
