BOSTON – The Boston Globe reported Donald Trump called Charles Sarkis, owner of the Wonderland Greyhound Park, to set up discussions about building a resort casino at that site. Although there have been numerous reports of Trump evaluating potential casino sites in Massachusetts, this is the first report of a site in the Boston area. According to Sarkis, Trump was “very intrigued by the situation. He said the Boston area is a place where there should be a casino. It makes all the sense in the world.” Return to Massachusetts Casinos. |
