Details for Palmer Casino

PALMER – Mohegan Sun officials released details to Town Manager Richard L. Fitzgerald for their planned casino in Palmer. The casino would be built on 150 acres off Thorndike Street across from the turnpike exit.

The project, named “Project Oriole”, will include the following:

• 4,000 slot machines
• 150 table games
• 40 poker tables
• 3,500-square-foot premium player's lounge
• Hotel - 600 rooms
• Spa 15,000-square-feet
• Retail space - 100,000 square feet
• Restaurants
      - Two 125-seat restaurants (one fine dining)
      - 200-seat specialty dining restaurant
      - 600-seat buffet
      - 300-seat food court
      - 24-hour cafe and noodle bar
