NATCHEZ - The Roth Hill Casino has postponed its ground breaking from the end of March to April 23rd due to a delay in receiving a permit from the Corps of Engineers. The new groundbreaking date will coincide with the grand opening of Country Inn and Suites. The Roth Hill Casino will be a two-story, 40,000 square-foot casino with a hotel, two restaurants, a bar and lounge and an outdoor entertainment and dining section. It will be built partially on land and partially suspended over the water. There will be a park with walkways and gardens as part of the Natchez Trails project.
