Biloxi Commission Approves Plans for Gold Coast CasinoBILOXI, MS - The Biloxi Planning Commission voted 8-2-1 to approve the building plans for the Gold Coast Casino. The proposed site is north of U.S. 90 at Veterans Avenue. The application will now go to the Biloxi City Council for review. If approved by the council, the application will go to the Mississippi Gaming Commission for final approval. Later in the meeting the commission also approved a rezoning application from the IP Casino Resort to allow an onshore casino on land south its hotel. This application will also go to the Biloxi City Council next and then on to the Mississippi Gaming Commission for final approval. Return to Mississippi Casinos. |
