Mississippi's Gulf Coast casinos are expanding.
The area's current casinos have reported renovations and expansions. As well as
the development of two new casinos.
Plans for the area include renovations to 1,200 hotel rooms. Also 1,000 new
hotel rooms will be added. There will also be new dining places, shopping, and
pools. Beau Rivage Resort & Casino is planning to use property downtown to build
a new baseball stadium Biloxi.
In all, over $1 billion will be spent for the competition of these projects.
