Casino renamed "Lady Luck Caruthersville"

CARUTHERSVILLE, MO - One year after Casino Aztar sold its Caruthersville casino to Isle of Capri the casino has been renamed “Lady Luck Caruthersville”.

Isle of Capri is changing the names of all of its casinos as part of a new marketing strategy. They will be renamed either Lady Luck or Isle of Capri. The Caruthersville casino is their first to be rebranded under the plan. To follow the name change there are also new “Lady Luck” chips, cards, game layouts and dice.
