Gaming Regulations Approved for Upstate NY Casinos
November 01, 2016
On Tuesday New York gaming regulators approved rules for table games. This makes
it possible that by the end of the month, the first of the four upstate casinos
Blackjack, poker, craps, and roulette all needed to define the procedures in
which the games will be operated.
New York's Southern Tier casino location will be the first of the four new
casinos to open. Tioga Downs was a race track that offered some electronic
gaming. The gaming venue has been changed to a full service resort casino that
will offer Las Vegas type of gaming.
November 16 is the tentative opening date for Tioga Downs.
