April Revenue Report to be Released for Ohio Casinos

On Wednesday the Ohio Casino Control Commission is expected to release their
report on the April revenue amounts from the state's casinos.
It is estimated that the report will show an increase in revenues last month.
In March each of the four casinos showed an increase in revenues from the
So far this year, over $206 million has been earned by the casinos. One third of
that total will be paid to the state. That tax money will be given to the
counties and schools. The cities of Columbus, Cincinnati, Toledo, and Cleveland
also will receive money from the casinos.
