PRESS RELEASE
August 26, 2010
Lynn H. from Placerville, California, hit a $1.4 million jackpot on August 24 at
Red Hawk Casino playing a penny Millionaire Sevens® slot machine. Lynn is a
frequent visitor to Red Hawk and loves to visit for the great food and to play
slots. She had been playing for about 30 minutes, and had only spent about $20
when lights started flashing. At first she wasn't sure what the lights meant and
didn't realize that this win was going to be the biggest of her life! Lynn took
out her reading glasses to get a closer look at the payouts when a slot floor
representative came to her machine full of excitement and congratulations.
Lynn plans to purchase a big-screen television just in time for football season,
as well as do some repairs to her house. When asked what her advice was to other
slot players hoping to hit it big, she said, "Play Max Bet, always Play Max
Bet!"
This is the third progressive jackpot to hit in recent weeks at Red Hawk Casino.
On Sunday, August 8, Keri K., from Sacramento, won a $179,950 progressive
jackpot playing a Fortune King™ penny slot and on Tuesday, July 6, Anna G., from
Elk Grove, Calif., won a $226,853 progressive jackpot playing a Wheel of
Fortune® quarter machine.
Red Hawk Casino, along with over 300 other Tribal casinos across the nation,
belongs to a 17 state Native American progressive gaming network. Any time a
coin is played in a linked machine, anywhere in the network, the cumulative
jackpot continues to grow until it is won.
