Red Hawk Casino has delicious dining available for the upcoming holiday weekend.
The award-winning Henry's Steakhouse is offering a Backyard Brunch on Sunday,
July 3 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Just a few of the tasty menu options include caviar deviled eggs, freshly
shucked oysters, Mexican extra large white shrimp with a tangy cocktail sauce,
house cured Pacific salmon, mini lobster salad rolls and the popular omelet
station where guests can choose from delicious toppings like ham, crab,
scallions, peppers, a variety of cheeses and more. Henry's guests can sample
from a variety of fresh baked goods like assorted muffins, banana nut and
zucchini bread, croissants, artisan breads and rolls.
The Chef's carving station at Henry's features smoked prime rib of beef and
barbecued roast rack of lamb. Other brunch items include fried zucchini,
applewood smoked bacon, grilled marinated breast of organic free range chicken
with a papaya salsa, barbecue baby-back ribs, California Halibut served with a
Chanterelles and herb broth, Kobe short ribs and the California Benedict with
smoked salmon, avocado and orange hollandaise.
The dessert station at Henry's Backyard brunch will satisfy any sweet craving.
Delectable mini-candied apples, key lime tarts, traditional chocolate mousse,
homemade ice cream and an American flag cake are just a few of the sweet
indulgences available.
