The Waterfall Buffet at Red Hawk Casino has updated their already award-winning
selections to include a menu of Winter Harvest themed items.
The all-new menu features comfort foods including buttermilk fried chicken,
Sonoma Oak smoked pork ribs, a hearty beef stew with winter vegetables, Cabernet
braised beef short ribs and the Mamma Bamma meatloaf served with shiitake
mushroom gravy. Guests at the buffet will also enjoy the Around the World
Favorites like assorted hand-crafted pizzas, chicken & Italian sausage cassoulet,
sweet potato mousseline, and Campanile mac & cheese.
Weekends at the Waterfall Buffet feature special offerings on Fridays including
salt-crusted, slow-roasted prime rib, smoked chicken, chilled snow crab and peel
and eat shrimp. On Saturday night guests will be treated to whole roasted
salmon, chargrilled butcher boy steaks and sautéed lemon prawns. The weekly
dinner buffet includes carving station items such as roast turkey, honey baked
ham, dry-rubbed tri tip and smoked brisket.
The Waterfall Buffet continues to offer favorites from the Asian station with
assorted dim sum, sushi and other specialty items. The Mexican station offerings
include traditional carnitas, pork tamales and taquito enchiladas. Plus, guests
will experience a delightful variety of desserts and pastries including bourbon
caramel glazed bread pudding, seasonal cobbler, and an endless selection of
cakes and pies.
