Maryland Live! Casino once again leads the mid-Atlantic gaming market for May 2013, generating record revenues totaling $55,056,385 and outperforming its regional competitors in Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

The property's total net gaming revenue was more than 16% higher than Borgata, which held the number two spot with $47,086,776. The results mark the strongest revenue month to date for Maryland Live! Casino, which celebrated its first Birthday on June 6. May also marks the first full month of operation to include both slots and table games.

Rounding out the top 5 were PARX (Pennsylvania) with $42,202,916; Sands Bethlehem (Pennsylvania), $40,083,312; and Caesars (New Jersey), $29,462,711.

Maryland Live! Casino, owned and operated by The Cordish Companies, is currently under construction to add a new, state-of-the-art poker room with more than 50 traditional poker tables and a dedicated tournament floor. It will open this Summer.
