BILOXI - The Mississippi Gaming Commission decided last week to extend indefinitely their site approval for the Broadwater Casino. The original site approval expired in 2006, but under current regulations, there is no time limit.
The attorney for Broadwater Development, Scott Andress, said "The property's currently under option." However, the project appears delayed by the current capital market.
