PRESS RELEASE

April 01, 2011

Caesars Entertainment Atlantic City is proud to welcome Stephen Hanson and B.R. Guest Restaurants into Harrah's Resort Atlantic City and Caesars. The upcoming additions include: Dos Caminos, Atlantic Grill and Bill's Bar & Burger all of which will open Summer 2011. This will be the first time B.R. Guest restaurants will have a presence in Atlantic City and the company's first partnership with Caesars Entertainment.

"The opening of B.R. Guest restaurants at Harrah's Resort and Caesars will continue to expand Atlantic City as a must-visit culinary destination," said Jay Snowden, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Harrah's Resort and Caesars Atlantic City. "Stephen Hanson continues to innovate the restaurant industry through his emphasis on remarkable food and exceptional service and we are looking forward to bringing the B.R. Guest dining experience to our properties."

"We look forward to bringing B.R. Guest restaurants to visitors and residents of Atlantic City," said Stephen Hanson, president & founder, B.R. Guest Restaurants. "Guests of Caesars Entertainment expect an experience that truly stands-out among the rest and Dos Caminos, Atlantic Grill and Bills Bar & Burger are a collection of restaurants we are confident will be the perfect culinary fit to meet that expectation."

Dos Caminos executive chefs Ivy Stark and Scott Linquist will put forth authentic Mexico City style quesadillas, tacos, tuna ceviche and fresh guacamole. The 209-seat restaurant at Harrah's Resort will serve their infamous signature dishes that range from $12-$28. Replete with water views of the Atlantic City Marina, Dos Caminos at Harrah's Resort evokes the feel of an authentic, upscale Mexican cantina brought to life through the use of earthy, rustic design elements including reclaimed wood, handcrafted pottery and ceramics. The focal piece of the overall design concept is a custom Aztec-inspired totem pole handcrafted by B.R. Guest's long time friend, renowned artist Brad Oldham. In addition to a semi-private 35-seat dining room, there will be a separate, spacious lounge area in the front of the restaurant conveniently offering the full dining menu. This feature is ideal for late-night revelers in search of great food and drinks, music and a sophisticated lounge atmosphere.
Atlantic Grill, the 124-seat seafood restaurant known best for their outstanding fresh fish, raw bar and sushi, will open at Caesars Atlantic City under the culinary vision of Executive Chef Anthony Amoroso, who is best known for his passionate use of organic and sustainable menus. An award-winning chef and B.R. Guest alumnus, Chef Amoroso is also known for his Food Network debut on the network's Iron Chef America series when he entered the infamous "kitchen stadium" to take on legendary Iron Chef, Masaharu Morimoto in 2009.

Inside Atlantic Grill, located on the dining level at Caesars, guests are greeted by sweeping views of the Atlantic City beach and Boardwalk. For those looking for a lounge-like atmosphere, Atlantic Grill will feature an upscale area, formally the Forum Lounge, and lends itself to relaxed dining and cocktails or, on some nights, even dancing.

Exclusive to Atlantic City, Atlantic Grill at Caesars will feature a 10-seated high-action sushi bar experience which is a centric bridge to the main dining room. The 19-seat sunken bar-area offers a cozy and intimate option for guests, while the surrounding open area is an inviting space ideal for socializing and enjoying signature cocktails.
Inside the dining room, the elegant, gold accented Art Deco space is a respectful nod to the glitz and glamour of old-time Atlantic City and includes an extensive art program procured through auction houses and personal curator relationships of the B.R. Guest team.

Bill's Bar & Burger at Harrah's Resort will offer classic comfort food in a relaxed, casual atmosphere with bay views. The 178-seat restaurant and 21-seat bar will create a classic pub feel for patrons looking for a comfort-food style meal in a relaxed grill environment. The industrial space pays homage to the great neighborhood bars of yesteryear, incorporating thoughtful juxtaposing design elements of old verses new. Art is at the core of Bill's Bar & Burger. Acclaimed artist Benedict dos Remedios, tapped into his highly-regarded multi-medium technique to create a custom series of vibrant plywood and gouache painted layered panels, while photography from artist Murray Hall featuring a photo montage from his past travel experiences can be found throughout. When it comes to the menu, Bill's, led by Corporate Chef Brett Reichler, is famous for its big, intensely juicy burger served on a soft, simple bun. The meat is a fresh mixture from the country's greatest burger butcher; Pat LaFrieda of the renowned family owned and operated Pat LaFrieda Meat Purveyors. Rounding out the menu are items ranging from $4-$11 including grouper sandwiches, turkey burgers, hot dogs, chicken wings, onion rings, crispy veggie fries, and milkshakes (with the option of a spiked adult version), as well as international and local microbrews.

Dos Caminos, Atlantic Grill and Bill's Bar and Burger at Harrah's Resort and Caesars are among the first new restaurants in a series of exciting new happenings within Caesar Entertainment Atlantic City's culinary portfolio this year.
