A ceremony was held on Monday for the "topping off" of the new $150 million casino hotel project owned by the Osage Nation. The ceremony is for the building's construction reaching the final height.

A white ceremonial I-beam was signed by officials before it was placed on top of the seventh floor hotel tower.

When done there will be a new casino building that will be 66,280 square feet. There will also be a new sports bar and grill, pub, dining, event center, and hotel.

The hotel will offer 141 guest rooms. There will be 6 suites, and 4 hospitality suites. There will also be a pool and gym. The hotel will be located next to the existing casino building.

1,500 electronic gaming machines, 16 tab le games, and 5 poker tables will be in operation at the new casino.

435 people will be employed at the casino hotel when the project s complete. This will add $32 million in salaries and wages a year to the community.

The construction is estimated to be complete by the end of next year.

The expansion will take 18 months to finish.
