There are no federally recognized tribes in Arkansas.
There are several American Indian tribes living in Arkansas including the Arkansas Band of Western Cherokee, Chickamauga Cherokee Nation, Chickamauga Cherokee Nation White River Band and Lost Cherokee of Arkansas & Missouri. None of these are formally recognized by the U.S. Government.

The U.S. Department of Justice allows federally-recognized tribes to self-regulate the cultivation and sales of marijuana on their reservations. Since there are no federally-recognized tribes in Arkansas, the DOJ policy does not apply.
