Status: Active proposal for one of the three downstate New York casino licenses. The project includes a Hard Rock casino, hotel, entertainment district, and 25 acres of new public parkland surrounding Citi Field.
Tribe: Hard Rock International (owned by the Seminole Tribe of Florida).
Summary: The Metropolitan Park plan is a $8+ billion redevelopment of the parking lots around Citi Field in Queens. The project includes a Hard Rock casino, hotel tower, Hard Rock Live entertainment venue, restaurants, retail, and major public park improvements. It is one of the most ambitious casino proposals in the New York downstate licensing process and is backed by Mets owner Steve Cohen.

Status: Construction officially underway. The temporary casino will open first to establish operations while the permanent Naskila Casino Resort is built. The permanent resort includes a hotel, expanded gaming, dining, and entertainment.

Summary: Naskila Casino Resort is the tribe's first full-scale resort development in Polk County, Texas. The project includes a modern casino floor, hotel tower, multiple restaurants, event space, and a new entertainment district. The temporary casino will operate during construction, ensuring continuity for guests and employees while the full resort takes shape.
