Hard Rock Casino Sacramento Celebrates a Rockin' Grand Opening

The $440M Hard Rock Hotel and Casino at Fire Mountain celebrated its grand opening Oct. 30 with a traditional guitar smash and followed by live entertainment, special promotions and giveaways through November 3.
The headline concert was Def Leppard at the nearby Toyota Amphitheatre on Saturday evening Nov. 2.
The casino at Hard Rock Sacramento has a 140,000 square-foot gambling floor with 1,500 slot machines and 55 table games. The hotel has 168 guest rooms including 31 suites, a pool and spa and 6 restaurnats..

Hard Rock Sacramento's Rockin' Opening Oct 30

The first Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in California will north of Sacramento on Wednesday October 30. The grand opening will begin with Hard Rock's traditional guitar smash followed by live entertainment, special promotions and giveaways through Sunday Nov 3.
Hard Rock is located next to the Toyota Amphitheatre in Wheatland where Def Leppard will headline a grand opening concert on Nov 2. Tickets for this event will go on sale Sep 13 at 10am through LiveNation.com.
Hard Rock Sacramento has formed an entertainment partnership with Live Nation Entertainment Inc., which operates the Toyota Amphitheatre.
Construction of the Hard Rock Casino began in July 2018. The gaming floor will be 140,000 square feet with 1,800 slot machines. The hotel will have 170 guest rooms including 31 suites. There will be 6 restaurants, The Rock Shop gift store, and 8,500 square feet for banquets, meetings and conferences.

Hard Rock Sacramento now accepting hotel reservations

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sacramento at Fire Mountain is preparing to open in the next few months, and today the hotel began accepting room reservations for dates beginning Dec 1, 2019. The grand opening date of the casino has not officially been unannounced.
The hotel will have 170 guest rooms including 31 suites. Amenities include an outdoor pool and large deck, a fitness center named the Body Rock®, the Rock Shop® gift shop, and Sound of Your Stay® music experience.

The construction crew building the new Hard Rock Casino near Sacramento today placed the final steel beam atop the Hard Rock Hotel structure. As the crane raised the beam towards its final position, a tribal drumming ceremony began in a tent near the casino entrance.
Officials who attended the event represented the Enterprise Rancheria, Hard Rock International, the Seminole Tribe of Florida, owners of the Seminole Hard Rock Casinos in Tampa and Hollywood, Florida.
Mark Birtha, president of Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sacramento, told the atendees: "Today is a recognition of the vision, discipline, and the hard work of the Enterprise Rancheria tribe and their decades of focus and passion. It's about reclaiming lands, rebuilding lives and reinvesting in the local economy to create jobs and growth. And today, we are that much closer to bringing to life the premier entertainment experience right here in the Sports and Entertainment Zone."
Glenda Nelson, the tribe's chairperson, addressed the attendees: "We have worked diligently over the past 17 years to reestablish a land base within our aboriginal area to conduct meaningful economic development for our citizens and for our community. Along the way we never lost hope, we never lost our vision of who we were and where we were going, and we never lost faith that eventually truth, fairness and justice would prevail. Today's milestone affirms that hope, vision and faith."
