Muckleshoot Named 'Best Casino in Pacific Northwest'

Muckleshoot Casino Resort has been named "Best Casino in the Pacific Northwest" in this year's "Best in the PNW" People's Choice Awards conducted by the Seattle Times. Muckleshoot was also a huge winner across all categories receiving 12 gold, 9 silver and 5 bronze awards.

Muckleshoot Casino Resort celebrates grand opening Jan. 26-28

This weekend the Muckleshoot Indian Tribe will celebrate the grand opening of the Muckleshoot Casino Resort. Muckleshoot has been officially rebranded as a casino resort earlier this month when the new 400-room hotel tower was opened.
Muckleshoot begins 2024 as the largest casino resort in the state. In addition to the new hotel, the casino floor has been expanded to 157,000 square feet to host 3,500 slot machines and 52 table games. There are also three new restaurants, including the Smoke & Cedar Steakhouse, a rooftop restaurant atop the hotel. The new Event Center is 20,000 sq-ft with 2,000 seats.

The grand opening weekend will be celebrated with special festivities and giveaways. Guests will have a chance to win thousands in cash, including $100,000 toward a new car. The giveaways also include free casino plays and free hotel stays.
The Event Center has scheduled performances of comedian David Spade at 8pm Saturday Jan 26 and Blue Oyster Cult at 8pm Sunday Jan 27.
The Muckleshoot Casino opened its new 18-story hotel today. The hotel addition makes Muckleshoot the largest casino resort in the Northwest region. Room reservations are now accepted for stays beginning tonight Jan. 8.
The new Muckleshoot hotel has 374 luxury guest rooms and 27 suites. Amenities include an indoor pool, spa, gym, business center, and a children's arcade and play area. The new Smoke & Cedar restaurant sits atop the hotel offering panaramic views of views of Mt. Rainier and the Puget Sound.
Construction of the new Mucklshoot hotel was the final phase of a major expansion project started in April 2019. The first phase was completed in 2020 with the addition of more gaming space, an event center, three new restaurants, and the Muckleshoot Tribe History Cultural Center.
The Muckleshoot Indian Tribe has teamed up with the Seattle Mariners as the "Exclusive Casino Partner" in a multi-faceted agreement signed last week.

The promotional partnership will feature special events and activities like the following:
Special fan experiences during select homestands will be hosted at the Muckleshoot Diamond Club. Details to be annolunced.
A limited-edition Mariners jersey designed by Muckleshoot Tribal artists will be given away to the first 10,000 fans ages 21+ on Native American Heritage Night August 28th.
Five baseball and softball camps with former college and professional players will provide free training for disadvantaged youths.
A new after-school baseball and softball youth development program will be created at the Muckleshoot Tribal School.
The Muckleshoot Indian Tribe will support organizations aligned with the Mariners Care Foundation.

An all-new glass hotel tower at Muckleshoot Casino is in the final stages of construction with an opening date expected this fall. The 18-story resort tower will feature 400 luxury guestrooms, a rooftop steakhouse with indoor and outdoor dining, an indoor pool, spa services, and an expanded gaming area.

Guest rooms at Muckleshoot Casino Resort will vary in size from 430 sq-ft to 2,200 sq-ft. The spa will be 5,500 sq-ft and the event space will be 29,000 sq-ft.
The casino gaming floor will be expanded into the new hotel for a total gaming area of 157,000 continuous square feet.
Muckleshoot Casino celebrates 'topping off' of new hotel construction

The final steel beam was hoisted into place last week on the top of the new hotel tower under construction at Muckleshoot Casino. Tribal members and construction workers had signed the 25-foot beam before it was lifted to the top of the 18-story frame structure.
The new hotel is scheduled to open in the Fall 2023. It will feature 400 guest rooms and suites, an indoor pool, spa, and a rooftop steakhouse.
Muckleshoot Casino will rebrand and debut as Muckleshoot Casino Resort next year after completing a three-year expansion and renovation project that expanding the casino and added a luxury hotel, event center, restaurants, and family arcade and play areas.

The expanded casino with its new exterior has opened along with the event center and a cultural heritage center. The hotel is still under construction and was expected to open sometime in 2022. The Facebook announcement may indicate a delay and the opening date.
The hotel project is an 18-story hotel tower with 400 luxury guest rooms and suites. The hotel will include a rooftop restaurant, indoor pool, luxury spa, and a children arcade and play area.
Muckleshoot Casino opens Caesars Sportsbook days before Super Bowl XVI

Muckleshoot Casino celebrated the grand opening of its new Caesars Sportsbook just two days before the Cincinnati Bengals vs. Los Angeles Rams Super Bowl on Sunday. The betting room, branded Caesars Sportsbook at Muckleshoot, launched Friday at 11 AM.
Features at Caesars Sportsbook at Muckleshoot include:
Video wall (12-ft by 24-ft) showing multiple games
20 big screen TV monitors
Seating capacity for 92 guests
Four live betting windows and nine self-service betting kiosks
The Muckleshoot Casino sports betting room is smoke-free and operates Monday-Friday 9 AM - 11 PM and Saturday-Sunday 7 AM - 11 PM.
Muckleshoot Casino has rescheduled plans for completing the construction of a 18-story, 400-room hotel tower adjacent to the casino. The new completion date has been extended to 2022 after approving design changes for an indoor pool and a rooftop restaurant. The original completion date was scheduled for spring 2021.
The hotel is the final phase of construction in a huge expansion project at Muckleshoot Casino which was announced in February 2019. The expansion plan included a redesigned casino floor with 10,000 additional square feet of gaming space, three new restaurants and a new center bar, 20,000 square-foot Events and Conference Center, a new exterior facade, and a Muckleshoot Tribe History Cultural Center.
Muckleshoot Casino becomes official partner of NHL Seattle

Muckleshoot Casino has become an official partner of NHL Seattle and Oak View Group. The announcement was made Oct. 30 during the Muckleshoot Indian Tribe's blessing of the land ceremony for the $930 million New Arena (formerly KeyArena) at Seattle Center.
The partnership is a sponsorship deal making Muckleshoot the official casino of the Seattle NHL expansion team scheduled to play at the new arena beginning in 2021. It includes a luxury suite inside the new arena and advertising signage throughout the arena and the casino. Muckleshoot Casino will be the named sponsor of all power plays during hockey games.
While the new hockey arena is under construction, Muckleshoot Casino is also undergoing a renovation and expansion that will add an 18-story, 400-room hotel. The new hotel opening date will align with the opening of the new area in mid-2021.
The Muckleshoot Casino partnership with NHL Seattle is expected to increase the casino's 12,000 daily customers by 10% to 20%.

The Muckleshoot Tribe celebrated its second ground breaking this year on Sep 5. A ceremony with drums, chanting, dancing and sacred songs launched the second phase of expansion at Muckleshoot Casino and the construction of an 18-story, 400-room hotel tower.
The Muckleshoot hotel will be the largest hotel of any Indian casino resort in Washington. In addition to 400 luxury guest rooms and suites there will be an indoor pool, luxury spa, rooftop restaurant, and a children arcade and play area.
The hotel will open in second quarter of 2022.
This is the second phase of construction at Muckleshoot Casino. The first phase began in April of this year to add 20,000 square feet of gaming space, a new layout of the casino floor, more smoke-free gaming area, 25,000-square-foot events center, and three new restaurants. Construction will be completed in spring 2020.

In a press release April 25th the Muckleshoot Indian Tribe announced a new hotel tower will be built adjacent to the Muckleshoot Casino. It will be an 18-stories with 400 luxury guest rooms and suites.
This is the second phase of huge expansion project previously announced in February. The hotel's opening date will be in the second quarter of 2021. The cost of construction is undisclosed.
The hotel will include luxury features like panoramic room views of of Mount Rainier, a luxury spa, an indoor pool and a rooftop restaurant for fine dining. There will also be family-friendly amenties including an arcade and play yard for children.
When completed in 2021 the Muckleshoot Casino Resort will have the largest hotel in the state.

Construction has begun at Muckleshoot Casino to add 10,000 square feet of gaming space, a 20,000 square foot events and concert center, a cultural and history center and new dining venues.
A ground breaking ceremony was held in February preceded by a traditional tribal blessing. The events kicked off this latest expansion project which the Muckleshoot Casino, the largest casino in the Northwest.
Muckleshoot Casino is also celebrating its 24th anniversary during the month of April.

Muckleshoot Casino Announces Major Expansion for 2020

The Muckleshoot Tribe announced a new expansion project last week for their Muckleshoot Casino in Auburn, Washington. The following are key features of the project:
The casino will have a new floor plan, a larger smoke-free area and an additional 10,000 square feet of gaming space.
Three new, fast-casual restaurants and a new center bar will be added.
A 20,000 square-foot Events and Conference Center will be built with a 2,000-seat capacity.
A new exterior facade will be applied to the casino.
A History Cultural Center will honor the Muckleshoot Tribe

Construction will start soon and be completed in early 2020.
