Bok Homa Casino: 2023 Expansion Project

March 15, 2023

Bok Homa Casino will soon begin construction on a 6,500-square-foot addition. A preliminary announcement was made by Choctaw officials during the 12th anniversary celebration last December. Although few details of the project were not been announced, new information has released last week.

The expansion project will add two major venues to Bok Homa Casino: Red Creek Cafe and Sportsbook at Time Out Lounge.

Red Creek Cafe
The Red Creek Cafe will add a new dining experience for casino visitors. The menu will specialize in Southern cuisine. The seating capacity will accomodate 60 diners.

Sportsbook at Time Out Lounge
The Sportsbook at Timeout Lounge will be relocated to a new addition, which will leave more gaming space for more slot machines. Time Out Lounge will expanded seating and add more TV screens for watching sporting events. Food items will include hamburgers, hot dogs and pizza.

Construction is expected to be completed in December. Bok Homa Casino hopes to to celebrate the grand opening on December 20, 2023 - the 13th anniversay date of the casino.

Bok Homa Casino celebrates 12th anniversary

The Bok Homa Casino celebrated its 12th Anniversary on Dec. 20th with complimentary tee-shirts, cake, and food for all visiting guests. There was also an announcement about the future expansion of the Bok Homa Casino, which will open later this year.

Special guests included 2022-2023 Choctaw Indian Princess Cadence Raine Nickey, Bok Homa Casino and Pearl River Resort officials, Tribal Chief Cyrus Ben and other Tribal Council members, and Seymour the Eagle, the University of Southern Mississippi's mascot.
