Sky River Casino Expansion | Update Oct. 2025

Sky River Casino passed a major milestone in late September in the first phase of expansion to add a hotel and convention center. The milestone was the topping off ceremony to celebrate the placement of the final precast concrete unit atop the new 1,600 vehicle parking structure. The parking garage is scheduled to open in the first quarter of next year along with new Porte Cochere and upgraded valet service area.

This statement refers to the second phase of the expansion project which will add a hotel with 300 rooms, a day spa, and an outdoor pool, and also expand the casino with high-limit and VIP gaming rooms, and add a 30,000 total square-foot conference and entertainment center, which will be one of the largest in the region.
The final completion date for the casino, hotel and conference center will be in 2027. Sky River Casino President Michael J. Facenda confirmed the scheduled and said "Our expansion work is proceeding on track as planned."
