Graton Resort & Casino has opened three new dining venues inside itsexpanded, smoke-free casino wing, advancing a major investment by theFederated Indians of Graton Rancheria in Northern California hospitality.
Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria Lead Expansion
Graton Resort & Casino, owned and operated by theFederated Indians of Graton Rancheria, will debut threenew food-and-beverage venues on Monday as part of the Tribe's ongoingexpansion of the resort property in Rohnert Park.
The new restaurants are located in a144,000-square-foot, fully smoke-free casino expansion,designed to add gaming, dining, and entertainment options for guestsacross the Bay Area and Northern California.

AYA Brings Rooftop Dining to Graton
AYA introduces a modern rooftop dining experience atGraton Resort & Casino. The restaurant is led by chefRoy Ellamar, known for his seasonal, ingredient-focusedcuisine.
AYA's menu features elevated dishes, craft cocktails, and a settingdesigned for evening views over the resort. The venue adds a newchef-driven option to Graton's existing lineup of casual and fine-diningrestaurants.
Playbook Sports Bar Features 360-Degree Halo Screen
The new Playbook Sports Bar opens with one of the mostadvanced sports-viewing setups in the region, anchored by a360-degree halo screen visible throughout the venue.
Playbook offers a full bar, pub-style menu, and all-day sportsprogramming, giving guests a dedicated space to watch major games andevents while visiting the casino.
SoCo Dough Co. Adds Artisanal Doughnuts and Desserts
SoCo Dough Co. brings a new dessert concept to GratonResort & Casino, focusing on fresh doughnuts, pastries, and specialtysweets made in-house daily.
Designed as a fast-casual stop, SoCo Dough Co. serves guests movingbetween the casino floor, hotel, and other resort amenities, expandingquick-service options on the property.
Part of Graton's Multi-Year Resort Expansion
The opening of AYA, Playbook Sports Bar, and SoCo Dough Co. marks anearly milestone in Graton's multi-year expansion plan. The projectincludes additional hotel rooms, a new pool complex, and a 3,500-seattheater scheduled to open in phases over the coming years.
With the new dining venues, the Federated Indians of Graton Rancheriacontinue to expand the resort's role as a regional destination forgaming, entertainment, and hospitality.
As of Sunday, no public opening-day ceremonies or special events havebeen announced for the restaurant debuts.
