The $400 million casino resort is being built along Highway 99 between Avenue 17 and Avenue 18-1/2 in Madera County. Once complete, the property will feature a 100,000-square-foot gaming floor, more than 2,400 slot machines, 40 table games, multiple dining venues, and a future 200-room hotel planned for a later phase.

The tribe continues to promote a 2026 opening, with the most recent official messaging indicating Fall 2026. No specific opening date has been announced. However, a December 2025 ruling by the California Fifth District Court of Appeal invalidated the state-level approvals tied to the gaming compact. The North Fork Rancheria maintains that federal law governs gaming on its trust land and that construction and operations remain legally supported under federal approvals issued in 2012 and reaffirmed in 2016.
