The temporary casino is confirmed.

Casino will be a modular structure.

Gaming will be Class II type.
Last November the U.S. District Court for DC ruled the Scotts Valley tribe can proceed with its casino plans while the U.S. Interior Department (DOI) reevaluates the gaming eligibility of the casino site.The tribe plans to operated Class II gaming rules in the temporary casino because Class II on tribal land is exempt from state and local jurisdictions.
Class II gaming uses bingo-style slot machines and electronic games. Jackpots are paid from a pool of player bets and not from a house bank (Class III gaming).
