The Seminole Casino in Immokalee opened in 1994 and is one of seven casinos owned by the Seminole Tribe of Florida. The casino is located on Highway 846, 5 blocks south of Highway 29 in Immokalee, between Miami & Naples. In March 2015 the casino added a new hotel with a ballroom and space for more slot machines and live table games.

The Seminole Casino Hotel Immokalee will reopen at 11 AM tomorrow Aug 31 with a new "Safe + Sound" safety program to protect all guests and employees abainst the spread of COVID-19. The new guidelines include the following:
Guest capacity will be reduced to 50% to promote social distancing.
Face masks are mandatory.
Temperature checks will be performed at entrances on all guests and employees.
A "Safe+Sound Clean Team" will perform constant cleaning and sanitizing throughout the facilities.
Every other slot machine will be turned off to provide social distancing between players.
Table games will separate players with plexiglas barriers.
The EE-TO-LEET-KE Grill will serve dine-in or to-go orders. Hours are 11AM to 11PM.
