Key Features of the Project
New Driveway - work continues on the driveway and the parking lots
New Hotel Front Desk - now open
New Lobby Bar - ready to open
Lobby Restaurants - renovations are underway (Koi, la Cascata, Three Sisters Cafe and Morrie's Express)
New Casino Entrance - opens off the lobby and expanded for 500 more slot machines
All hotel rooms are being upgraded or renovated.
The entire $40 million project is scheduled for completion the fall.

A massive renovation project has been announced for the Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino. The facility is 15 years old. The project will change the outside, entrance, and lobby.
The casino is owned by the Seneca Nation of Indians.
Seneca Arrival Experience is what the project has been named. When guests arrive from the Robert Moses Parkway they will be able to see a dramatic change to the exterior. The casino is located next to Niagara Falls.
The road leading to the facility will have new landscaping. There will be sculptures. The entrance will have a new cover added. There will also be a glass facade that will be new.
The lobby will also undergo a renovation. The Lobby Bar will be moved to a different location. The casino floor will be more visible as guests enter the building.
In the next few weeks is when construction is scheduled to begin. By the end of this year is the estimated completion date for the building's outside. By fall of next year is when the entire renovation project is expected to be completed.
The casino will remain open during the construction. The goal will be to continue with the work that needs to be done for the project without disturbing guests to the casino resort.
In 2002 a convention center was transformed into the casino resort for a cost of $560 million. It took 100 days to complete. After the current project is finished, the total investment will total to $600 million.
There are 80 game tables and 3,000 slot machines in operation at the casino. There is also a hotel that is 26 floors.
In the western part of New York state, the Seneca Nation owns three casinos.
