Comanche Nation breaks ground for new casino in Cache, OK

Comanche Nation broke ground for a new casino last week in the City of Cache, Oklahoma. A ceremony for the new construction project was held April 3. Construction is expected to be completed by the end of the year.

The Cache casino will occupy a 17,000-square-foot building and feature 250 gaming machines and a restaurant.

The design of the casino will honor Quanah Parker (1845-1911), a prominent chief in Commanche history that lived near the casino site. A special courtyard and a timeline mural will be dedicated to his achievements.
