Red Hawk Casino is tempting guests with even more delicious items at Henry’s
Steakhouse. The award-winning restaurant recently revamped the menu to add more
tasty and inventive selections including gourmet burgers and additional seafood
Chef Jerrett Davis at the award-winning Henry’s Steakhouse has introduced appetizers that will start off any meal in style. Guests will enjoy the buffalo shrimp with jumbo breaded and fried shrimp, buffalo sauce and bleu cheese slaw. Also new to the menu is the fresh flavor of the all-new crab cake, comprised of Maryland blue lump crab, with no filler, served with a Pacific Rim salad and lemongrass-ginger hollandaise.
New house specials feature custom gourmet burgers. Just one of the highlights is the California Fog Burger featuring a half pound of ground sirloin, Humboldt Fog goat cheese, crispy onion strings, whole grain mustard aioli, butter lettuce, marinated tomato, all served on a pretzel Kaiser bun, with house made sea salt and vinegar chips. Another popular addition to the Henry’s menu is the free range chicken, delicately pan-seared, and served with butternut squash pasta and roasted tomato ragoût.
Fresh new seafood selections include the oak-grilled Chilean sea bass prepared with cassoulet of white beans, house-cured pork belly, and spring onions. The pistachio crusted Alaskan halibut is sure to become another guest favorite with its roasted garlic risotto, wild mushroom ragoût, fried leek and roasted tomato cream.
Henry’s continues to offer prime steak and lamb selections, along with poultry and seafood items that exemplify steakhouse dining at its finest. The recipient of several Wine Spectator awards, Henry’s offers wines selected from El Dorado, Napa and Sonoma counties along with wines from around the world.
Guests can indulge after their main course with an array of original sweet confections. New to the menu are the Steakhouse S’mores, prepared with gingerbread shortcake, house made marshmallow, chocolate ganache, smoked white chocolate and a shot of ice cold milk. All the new items on the dessert menu at Henry’s will satisfy any sweet craving.
