Developers Rick Lertzman and Brad Pressman are hopeful to make that happen. They
have plans to build a casino near Youngstown. Currently there is another
proposed gaming facility in that area. That is a race track that would also
operate electronic gaming machines.
In order for this to happen, the proposed casino will need to be placed on the
November ballot. The two developers are hoping that this will happen believing
voters will be supportive of the new jobs that would be created by the project.
