Choctaw Landing opened April 3, 2024 in Hochatown, Oklahoma, located in the southeast corner of the state. The casino features 600 slot machines, roulette, blackjack and poker. The 100-room hotel has a restaurant, meeting rooms, and a pool with cabanas. An outdoor recreation area has an amphitheater for concerts and a beer garden. The grand opening was celebrated May 23, 2024.

Choctaw Landing Resort & Casino

Choctaw Landing is a new $238 million casino hotel and entertainment resort located a few miles from Broken Bow Lake in Hochatown, OK. The 200,000-square-foot complex features a casino with 600 slot machines and eight table games, a restaurant, a 100-room luxury hotel, and an outdoor entertainment venue which includes an amphitheater, beer garden and a family arcade.

The opening of the Choctaw Landing was a soft opening for both the casino and the hotel. Full services will come online over the next several weeks. The official grand opening is scheduled for May 23rd.

Hochatown has been growing as a tourist destination. Weekend visitors have reached totals between 30,000 and 50,000 people making it a key reason why the town was selected as the location for Choctaw Landing.

Choctaw Landing in Hochatown opens this Spring

February 2, 2024

The Choctaw Nation is preparing to open a new $238 million resort casino this Spring in Hochatown, McCurtain County, Oklahoma.

Construction of this 200,000 square-foot complex began in June 2022 and will feature a casino with 600 slot machines and 8 table games, an outdoor amphitheater with 125 seats, multiple restaurants and bars, a 110-room hotel with an outdoor pool area, and a merchantile with 24 fuel stations, groceries, and a deli.

With the grand opening coming in a few months, Choctaw Landing will be hosting a series of job fairs.

"We are hiring for all positions for the resort and casino and are looking for individuals who are interested in finding an exciting new career in the entertainment and hospitality industry. The job fairs are designed so candidates can speak to various resort and casino departments and find a job that matches their qualifications."

New Choctaw Landing has groundbreaking in Hochatown, OK

Choctaw Nation broke ground yesterday on the new Choctaw Landing, a $238 million casino hotel and entertainment center in Hochatown, OK. Construction will take 15-18 months with the grand opening in late 2023.

Choctaw Landing will be a 200,000-sqaure-foot entertainment complex with a casino, hotel and an outdoors entertainment venue. The casino will feature 600 slot machines and 8 table games. The hotel will have 100 guest rooms and suites, a pool and other amenities. The outdoor entertainment venue will feature an amphitheater for live concerts, a beer garden, and a family gaming arcade.

The grand opening of Choctaw Landing will be in late 2023.

Choctaw plan $238M casino & entertainment resort in Hochatown, OK

The Choctaw Nation announced plans this week to build a $238 million casino and entertainment resort in Hochatown, OK. The project includes a four-story, 202,000-square-foot building featuring 600 slot machines, 8 table games, restaurants and bars, a 100-room hotel, an outdoor amphitheater, and a family game zone.

Hochatown is located in McCurtain County near Broken Bow Lake and Beavers Bend State Park. The location is ten minutes north of the Choctaw Casino Broken Bow and two hours east of Choctaw Casino Durant.

Construction is expected to start this spring and will be completed in 2023.
